The Certificate in Online Business series sets the industry standard for management qualifications in e-commerce, online business, and digital marketing. Additionally, we’re excited that new qualifications, developed in partnership with other respected organizations are on the horizon.
Examinations and Awards

Our examinations and awards are available exclusively to eligible subscriber and delegates of Digital Skills Authority’s official standardized training programs. Our dedicated examinations board ensures premium quality exam development and maintains rigorous standards and quality governance. With invaluable insights from our esteemed international Accreditation Council—featuring distinguished leaders in Marketing, Commerce, Technology, HR, and Learning & Development from around the world, we guarantee an exceptional examination experience.

Digital Skills Authority cares about all our delegates and subscribers, and we do our upmost to provide a variety of examination options. We recognize that for some learners face-to-face examinations in person with hand-written / hand-drawn answer papers work best. For others, who have the available technology and Internet connectivity available, a virtual exam method is both convenient and efficient.
Identity Verification

We use secure bank standard identify verification along with strict data protection measures, and blockchain, to ensure the integrity of our certifications. Delegates and subscribers are required to provide identification during both the course subscription and examination process. If you pass their exam, Digital Skills Authority will issue you with a unique verifiable credential (Secured through Blockchain).

We also offer face-to-face exams in person in some locations, where an Authorized Testing Center is not available. Contact us
AUTHORIZED
TESTING CENTERS
Traditional style in-person exams are bookable at Authorized Testing Centers (ATPs) internationally. Exam sitting (invigilation) fees vary and are payable direct to the ATP. Digital Skills Authority’s administration fees are included with our courses, but do not include resits.
