Business Development & Marketing

Carole Winwood is our European Manager with Samantha Smith leading customer service and sales, with new senior and team regional appointments to follow in 2024. 

 

Operations, HR and Finance

Led by Sarah Marsh our Chief Operating Officer, and Kimberley Chance Global HR Director, we have global operations in the USA,UK and India. Tish Warren leads our finance team.

Technology and Production

Mark Furney leads our IT function, with Jimmy Phillips managing production of our e-learning programs.

Lana Sanderson is our Head of Examinations supported by Joseph Sprecker.
